5. Confirmations I understand this itinerary is built for intermediate to intermediate advanced riders, and I am comfortable riding technical singletrack for several hours a day, on consecutive days, at altitude. I understand that international travel insurance covering mountain biking and medical evacuation is required before Day 1. I have read and accept the cancellation policy and understand the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

We reply with departure availability and a Stripe deposit link. Your spot is held once the deposit clears.

How the booking works

Choose your departure date

Open and closed dates are managed from the admin panel. If your date is not available, we propose the closest departure.

Select the number of riders

Pricing per person updates automatically based on group size and season.

Add your extras

Single room supplement, premium bike rental, photo and video package, and any other requests.

Enter participant details

Full name, email, phone, MTB experience level, room preference and details for every additional rider.

Confirm open or private departure

Join an existing group or request a dedicated date for your own group of 2 to 8 riders.

Pay the 50% deposit

Card payment is handled through Stripe. The deposit is non-refundable and confirms your place on the departure.

Confirmation and pending items

You receive confirmation and email details for the balance due 30 days before departure, plus any pending items flagged as pending until received.
